Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. Name the page and what is wrong with it, and we will check it and fix it.

What we are good for

Corrections. A wrong specification, a broken link, a product that no longer exists. Tell us the page.
Questions about our method or our funding. Both are documented — how we pick and affiliate disclosure — but ask if anything there is unclear.
Telling us a recommendation is bad. Particularly if you own the thing. We have not tested any of this equipment, so someone who has used it knows something we do not.

What we cannot help with

Order and delivery problems. We sell nothing. If you bought something through a link here, the retailer holds your order.
Whether your specific jar has gone bad. We cannot assess food safety from a description. Our general guidance is in is fermenting vegetables safe, and the rule there is the honest one: if you are unsure, throw it out.
Health or nutrition questions. Out of scope, and we hold no credential that would make an answer worth anything.

Product and PR pitches

We accept no free products, no sponsored placements and no paid rankings, so there is nothing to pitch. A sample will not get a product reviewed, and we would have to say we received it if it did.

A link to genuinely good manufacturer documentation is welcome, because that is what our method actually runs on.
